2. Cancellation

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

• After cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• No further charges will be made after cancellation.

To avoid being charged for a future billing cycle, you must cancel before your renewal date.

3. Refunds

3.1 General Refund Policy

Except as described below, all subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes:

• Monthly subscription fees.

• Annual subscription fees.

• Partial billing periods.

• Unused time remaining in your billing cycle.

This means that if you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of that cycle but will not receive a refund or credit for unused time.

3.2 Exceptional Refunds

In limited circumstances, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Duplicate or erroneous payments.

• Charges incurred due to technical errors on our platform that prevented you from accessing the Service.

To request a refund under these exceptional conditions, you must contact us at info@thedbt.ai within 7 days of the charge.

4. Free Trials and Promotions

If a free trial or promotional period is offered, you must cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. Once the free trial converts to a paid subscription, the refund and cancellation terms in this Policy apply.

• Through your account dashboard (Billing → Cancel Subscription), or

• By emailing support at info@thedbt.ai with your account email and request.

For refund requests under exceptional cases, clearly state the reason and provide any relevant payment or billing details in your email.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
