• Interferes with system integrity, including introducing malware, viruses, denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful code.

• Uses the Services to harvest contact lists, scrape information, spam, or send unsolicited bulk communications.

3.3 Data Misuse

• Uploads or processes personal data that you do not have the legal right to use.

• Uses the Services to collect, export, or process sensitive personal data in ways that violate privacy rights or protections.

3.4 Misrepresentation and Impersonation

• Attempts to impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliations.

• Uses false or misleading identity information when interacting with the platform.

3.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Uses the Services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any party.

4. Enforcement

The DBT Ai monitors compliance with this Policy and may take action if you violate it. Actions may include:

• Suspending or terminating your access to the Services.

• Removing or restricting content that violates this Policy.

• Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any prohibited use of the Services or content that violates this Policy, you should immediately notify us at info@thedbt.ai with details so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
